Ladies’ Strength Training Class: Strong, Fit, and Confident!

Calling all perimenopausal and menopausal women! This 60-minute, 6-week strength training class is designed specifically for you and your unique needs during this season of life.

When: Every Monday at 5:15-6:15pm starting March 24th ending May 5th - excludes April 21st (Easter Monday).

Where: Located at the Mend Bodyworks gym

Cost is $120 for 6 weeks.

Debunk common myths about exercising during menopause with a short educational portion at the start of each session.

Seniors' Strength & Stretch

Level 1

Move Better, Feel Stronger!

Ready to build strength, improve flexibility, and feel more confident in your movements?

This 1-hour, 6-week class is designed for active seniors who want to:

Learn functional movements to make everyday tasks easier.

Strengthen your muscles, challenge your balance, and keep your bones strong.

Progressively improve over 6 weeks with supportive, fun workouts!

This class is perfect for seniors who can get up and down off the floor independently and who can safely walk around a room without a walker or a cane. Let’s build strength together and keep moving confidently!

When: Every Thursday 12-1pm, March 27-May 1st.

Seniors' Strength & Stretch

Level 2

Fitness Class with Julie: Senior's Strength & Stretch Level 2!

Ready to build strength, improve flexibility, and get a great full body workout?

This 1 hour, 6 week class is a full body strengthening class where we will work on both fundamental movements and other strength exercises, and continue to work on balance and flexibility. The class gets progressively more challenging throughout the 6 weeks. Come and join in the fun!

Level 2 criteria: Great for those who have completed Level 1 or who meet the following criteria: you are able to go from sitting to standing without using your hands, can stand on 1 leg for 10 seconds, can walk for more than 45 minutes at a time, and know how to squat and row.

When: Every Monday 12-1pm, March 24-May 5th - excludes Easter Monday (Apr 21).
